The iron core and coil in the high-frequency transformer need to be fixed and insulated, so there is a process of wrapping insulating tape.
.Use the tape with the color, material and width specified in the process drawing. Inspect tape for breaks and perforations before use.
.The tape is wound according to the number of turns required by the process, and the tape is required to be wound without curling and the number of turns is correct.
.The enameled wire must be completely covered by tape, and no exposed wires should appear. The insulating tape between the windings must present an upward semi-circular arc shape on both sides of the bobbin wire slot to prevent the short circuit caused by the contact of the enameled wire between the windings. The closing part of the outermost tape should be on the side of the bobbin where the magnetic core is installed.
.When winding, keep the surface of the tape clean, tidy and free from dirt. In particular, it is not allowed to wrap tin slag and enameled wire ends into the wire bag.
.Do not pierce the tape with sharp metal such as scissors during the winding process.
