1. Power transmission tripping
In the high-voltage secondary cabinet, the setting value of the current protection device is relatively small. Since the transformer is switched on in the no-load state, the excitation inrush current generated in a short period of time can reach several times or even dozens of times the rated current. If the setting value of the protective device is relatively small, it should be re-set according to the relevant regulations of relay protection.
2. Protection tripping
When the transformer in operation has this fault, it cannot be put into operation until the cause of the fault is found out. Instead, start by checking the following points: Check to see if there is any abnormality in the appearance of the transformer, whether there is any problem with each device, whether the probe is damaged, etc.; If the door lock of the outer cover is not closed or the contact is poor, the actual contact condition of the contacts should be checked and adjusted in time according to the inspection results; Check the actual action records of the comprehensive protection device and confirm whether the DC and protection are in a normal state. Check the switch control cabinet and power supply, etc., to confirm whether there is any fault, and do electrical tests at the same time.
