Application of R-type transformers:
The no-load loss of the R-type transformer is very low, which can meet the increasingly stringent requirements for the power supply of electrical appliances and electronic products in various countries around the world, especially suitable as a power transformer that needs to be energized for a long time under the condition of almost no load.
The noise of the R-type transformer is particularly low, it has a good isolation effect, and the output power is large. R-type transformers manufactured by high-precision winding machines have outstanding performance in instruments or audio equipment. It can improve the signal-to-noise ratio in the equipment, isolate the multiple harmonic interferences brought by the power grid to the equipment, reduce the damage to the audio, and improve the sound quality.
R-type transformers have the above advantages and are widely used in industrial control, household appliances, high-end audio, signal devices, office equipment, communication equipment, testing instruments, and medical instruments.
Classification of R-type transformers:
At present, there are two types of R-type transformers that are more common, one is a control transformer, and the other is an isolation transformer.
1. Control transformer. The control transformer is based on the voltage and current required by the electrical equipment and controls them within an on-demand application range. The difference between the control transformer and the general transformer: the general transformer is mainly to change the voltage, and the control transformer is to transmit information.
2. The isolation transformer refers to the transformer with electrical isolation between the input winding and the output winding. The isolation transformer is used to prevent inadvertent contact with the transmission line, thereby safely isolating. The protection of the transformer is to isolate the current of the primary and secondary winding electromagnetic coils themselves.
